The Leadership Framework

In this one day course participants will discuss the importance of leadership at all levels in the organization and will examine the skills necessary to be effective leaders. The course covers power vs. influence, leadership and the human dimension, leadership styles, formal leadership, informal leadership and direct leadership. The essential skills of the change agent are also examined. (STC Certified)
